Eligibility for Refund

  • You have purchased a product directly from blueu.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Options

If your refund request is approved, we offer the following options:

  • Refund to original payment method: We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Store credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the refund amount, which you can use towards future purchases on our website. 

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

Return Shipping
